How to cancel my IPTV Smarters or BananaTV products/services?

We are sorry to hear that if you are canceling your products/services. 

To cancel your products/services -

• Log in to your Client Area
• Navigate to Services -> My services -> Choose your purchased service -> click on " Cancel " 

If you get charged after your cancellation, We are here to refund your money without any questions.

All you need to do is to raise a support ticket from your client area -> Open Ticket
