How to Install IPTV Smarters on Roku (Sideload Method)

This guide provides a step-by-step method to install IPTV on your Roku. We describe a sideload approach: download the IPTV Smarters package on your computer and add it to Roku.

Part 1: Enable Developer Options on Roku

1. Turn on your TV and switch to the Roku HDMI input.
2. Using the Roku remote, press the sequence: Home x3, Up x2, Right x1, Left x1, Right x1, Left x1, Right x1.
3. If done correctly, the Developer Options menu appears.
4. Note the IP address displayed on screen.
5. Select Enable installer and restart (or Disable if you have done this before).
6. Scroll through the Developer Tools License Agreement and choose I Agree.
7. Create a webserver password using the on-screen keyboard. You will need this later.
8. Choose Set password and reboot.

Part 2: Add IPTV Smarters Channel

1. On a computer, open a web browser and go to my.roku.com.
2. Sign in with your Roku account credentials and click Submit.
3. Under Manage account, select Add channel with a code.
4. Enter iptvsmarters in the code box exactly as shown.
5. Click Add Channel to add it to Roku.
6. Confirm when a warning appears.
7. In the popup, click Yes, add channel.

Part 3: Download IPTV Smarters Package

Part 4: Install IPTV Smarters on Roku

3. Click Sign in.
